Shopping basics
For everyone’s peace-of-mind, all purchases are ‘Tracked’ during shipment either with Royal Mail or EVRI.
Due to the nature of my products, I do not offer returns or refunds. All items leave WyrmWarehouse in perfect condition. If your delivery arrives with transit damage, please ask the delivery driver to mark as ‘damaged on delivery’ and take photos of outer packaging and contents. Send these photos using the contact page and, once damage is assessed, I will issue replacement items.
At the moment I do not ship internationally. With conflict in the East and the US embargo, international shipping has become impractical. Hopefully, I’ll be able to offer cost-effective, international shipping in the near future.
